Terms of Use for Sea Battle Nations

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using Sea Battle Nations (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.

3. Gameplay & Content

• Availability: We aim to provide stable multiplayer servers, but we do not guarantee that the App or multiplayer features will always be available or uninterrupted.
• Ownership: All game assets, artwork, and code are the intellectual property of Bitwise Tech.
• Restrictions: You may not copy or redistribute game files or assets.

4. Leaderboards & Fair Play

To keep the game fun and competitive for everyone, you agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to play matches.
• Exploit glitches or connection manipulation ("lag switching") to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer battles.
• Modify the game files or use "mods".
• Submit offensive or inappropriate usernames.

We reserve the right to reset scores, demote ranks, or ban users who violate these rules.

5. Virtual Items & Progress

• No Cash Value: Any "gold," "ranks," or "ships" earned in the game have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Data Loss: While we try to sync progress via Google Firebase, we are not responsible for lost progress or items due to technical issues or app deletion.

6. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "AS IS". Bitwise Tech is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to data loss, device damage, or frustration over a difficult match.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
